About Us

Lordship insurance Brokers & Consultancy Limited (LIB) was incorporated in April 1999 and licensed to operate as an insurance broker in May 2002. The majority share of Lordship Insurance Brokers & Consultancy Limited is held by F&D Finance and Leasing Company Limited. Mr. Richard Abeku Dadson, Mr. Richard Peregrino Nelson, and Mr. Seth Kujo Anatsui hold the remaining shares. The share holding structure is as follows:
F&D Finance and Leasing Company Limited - 62%
Mr. Richard Abeku Dadson - 30%
Mr. Richard Peregrino Nelson - 4%
Mr. Seth Kujo Anatsui - 4% Board of Directors MR. FREDERICK KOFI QUAYSON (Chairman)
Mr. Frederick Kofi Quayson is an accomplished and astute Business Executive with over thirty (30) years service in both the public and private sector industries and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

MR. RICHARD ABEKU DADSON (Director)
Mr. Richard Abeku Dadson is a certified chartered accountant with over fourteen (14) years service in the Banking industry and currently the Senior Consultant of Messrs J.K Dadson and Co. Chartered Accountants. He is the Director of Finance and a member of the Board.

MR. RICHARD PEREGRINO NELSON (Director)
Mr. Richard Peregrino Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon and has over twenty three (23) years working experience in the Insurance Industry. He rose to the position of The Deputy Managing Director, Finance and Administration of the State Insurance Company Limited and is a member of the Board

MR. SETH KUJO ANATSUI (Director)
Mr. Seth Kujo Anatsui holds an LLB Degree from University of Ghana, Legon and as a Legal Practitioner with over twenty eight (28) years service in the insurance industry rising to become the Head of Legal Division and Company Secretary of the State Insurance Company Limited. He is a member of the Board and the Managing Director of the Company.

MR. SAMUEL OKYERE AKOSA (Member)
Mr. Samuel Okyere Akosah also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon and has over forty years(40) working experience in public and private enterprise.

He has been managing his own business for the past twenty five (25) years and was made a member of the Board in 2011

DR. SOLOMON ADOFO KISSI (Member)
Dr. Solomon Adofo Kissi is a medical practitioner who graduated from Rostor-on-Ton Medical school, USSR. He has more than forty years (40) working experience in the medical field and currently the CEO of Holy Dove Hospital, New Achimota. He was made a member of the Board in 2011

MS. EDWINA QUAYSON (Member)
Ms. Edwina Quayson holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from Cardiff University, Wales in addition to masters in Marketing Management. She also holds an advanced certificate in insurance from Ghana Insurance College.

She is currently the head of Energy workgroup, GLICO General Insurance Company and was made a member of the Board in 2011.

Our company offers free broking services for placing your insurance with the company of your choice as our organization is authorized to do business with all duly registered insurance companies in Ghana. The role of our company is to provide professional advice to your organization, and its staff with the view of achieving optimum benefits. It is therefore our desire to introduce Call frequency Standards (service level agreements) as a measure to effect comprehensive Insurance Audit to the entire risk exposures of your organization to ensure beneficial and profitable results.
